- EIR Tech LTD stores data such as national insurance numbers, IP addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers to ensure correct identification and communication.
- We use phone numbers and email addresses to send messages about system updates, features, and other relevant content. Your data will never be shared with third parties.
- EIR Tech LTD never logs the content of your AI service usage. We only maintain statistics on consumption, such as tokens and hours transcribed, for internal purposes.
Account Deletion:
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting EIR Tech LTD directly. We will process your request in accordance with applicable legislation.
